About Me

My name is Bradley Schommer and over the past five years I have been studying at Penn State Behrend. The first four years were to earn my B.S. in Management Information Systems and the fifth year was to earn my MBA. During my Junior and Senior year at Penn State Behrend, I worked as an intern with Partnership Erie, which is an outreach program at Penn State Behrend that prides itself on providing the local non-profit community with complimentary website development as well as other technical solutions. As an intern, I was tasked with developing websites, communicating with clients, and collaborating with fellow interns on projects. During my fifth year as an MBA student, I was also a Graduate Assistant for Partnership Erie, and my role was much more complex. First, I worked closely with the MIS discipline lead, Dr. Kathleen Noce, to help her with various projects and responsibilities that she had outside of Partnership Erie. Within Partnership Erie, I was tasked with overseeing all of the project work that the outreach program was involved in. I also had to coordinate and oversee all of the intern work that was being done within the organization. I would regularly meet with clients to gather information from them to plan out our projects and update them as things progressed. I ensured that all of the projects with being completed with the utmost quality and that things were being done properly. Beyond this, I provided technical support to clients once their project(s) were completed.
